I posted a video blog yesterday! woooo HA! I did one where I talked and I ended up sounding like a valley girl! And pausing so many times thinking of a public speaking course I took long ago
Needless to say I scratched it and just showed you a new exercise I tried! Wow the wall ball is tough! And trying to do all 3 sets of exercises for time was killer!!! What I liked about taping myself doing an exercise is seeing that I do NOT really look so bad! I always think I look 5x bigger then I am!!!
The reasons for sudden motivation and a yearning to try new exercises is what my hubby simply told me to do. He told me to quit. Oh no, no, no. Not exercise all together, but to quit my power lifting program. Why, you ask??? Because I was, yet again complaining about my thighs!!! And he simply said "if you do not like the way it makes you look, then just quit".
Now this is coming from a guy that tells me it turns him about my heavy days! Hes like wow so much weight! That's hot LOL
After he so curtly told me to quit(or really to stop sniveling) I was motivated to show him, No I will not! And to remember to quit bashing my body when there is someone who loves it so much!!!
I hit the gym hard, tried new exercises and upped my bench weight to 115! Which I did 4x!!! I did some great squats and ate clean! When fit husbands tell you the truth...believe it! My thighs may touch now but I do not look so bad in my momma swim suit! I hope to drop the skirt the end of June!
