Yesterday I had the Lean Cuisine bistro chicken salad additions for lunch. There were three packets:
The packet to microwave had grilled white meat chicken, asparagus, yellow carrots, and red peppers.
The dressing is sweet and tangy vinaigrette with bacon.
The topping is crispy onion straws.
I started with almost three cups of spinach and had more veggies left in the bowl when I finished the spinach, so I will probably add more lettuce next time. This might even stretch to a salad for two people.
Calories 240 before adding lettuce
This was an excellent lunch, very tasty. Now I am ready to try Lean Cuisine's other salad addition flavors.
