As the title says change is really hard!! despite doing very little the week and a half i've been on spark i have made some changes though. Most of these though are very tiny and haven't really effected my weight. Tonight I took on the challenge too track my food even though i knew it would be over. I was shocked that it was twice my allowed though. I ate out today, and was expecting bad but not quit what i got. Think its a good thing too see though and help me realize how bad my diet is. And that while these changes are hard, i need too continue them.
