I like this idea. I allow myself two days a week when I'm not concerning myself with calories so much ... but it bothers me to mentally designate them as "cheat days" when they're NOT cheating. They're planned. But I do like calling them "20% days" instead. Think I'm adopting this idea. Enjoyed your blog! 1183 days ago
