Oh yeah! Competition is what keeps me going. Although I'm trying to learn that competing with myself is a good thing too.

I think this is my 4th BLC, although if you check out my SparkPage you'll see that I've been "off the wagon" for a good two years or so, so it's been awhile. I was a Amazon Warrior, a Golden Phoenix, a Wisteria? Wolf, and a Scarlet Starlet. So I guess that makes this my 5th round. But it's gonna be my BEST!

I love Chris Powell, the trainer on Extreme Makeover. He really seems to care about making people's lives better. There's also this fitness blogger named Ashley who is pretty inspiring. On Facebook she goes by Fierce Forward. . . actually I follow lots of cool fitness FB pages and so my newsfeed is filled with inspiration and motivation daily!
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living?

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time?
Yikes. Do I have one? Like I said, not having enough time tends to be my go to excuse. I used to keep Luna bars in my glove compartment of my car so I could grab that if I didn't have time to pack a planned snack or lunch. But they've been getting pretty melty lately. Need to come up with a new plan!

Water's an easy one for me because I like it and I carry my water bottle with me wherever I go. I always get at least 100 oz.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily?
Not so good on this one. An apple at lunch, and a veggie at dinner. If I have a salad for lunch it's better, but I've really got to work on this one.

I wouldn't necessarily say I dwell, but I do sometimes let them get into my subconscious and then I can get off track. Maybe that is dwelling...
