Getting back to basics

Ok, SparkCoach says I have to plan tomorrows menu,
Breakfast is eggbeaters and turkey sausage
Lunch is salmon and salad
Snack yogurt
Dinner is beef soup and sandwiches
Bottom line, I walk a minimum of two miles a day and need to add weight training.

I am working on fit and trying not to be stressed, good luck with that right, two folks I love have hospice in their lives. It's hard not to stress eat.

    I just eat a lot of the same foods all the time. Call me boring but it makes dieting sooo easy. Good luck!

    Having your daily meals planned ahead of time will make a huge difference. I just finished planning my daily meals also. I find that if I make room for a favorite flavor (sweets or chocolate) at the end of the day, it takes away my temptation for unhealthy options. Tonight I plan a 'hot chocolate' of skim milk and ovaltine. Usually it's 'ice cream' made of frozen bananas in the blender with cocoa. Planning ahead to do what's right for you is a skill, for sure, but I think you'll find it an amazing tool on your journey!
Sorry about your loved ones on hospice. Hospice is near and dear to my heart.
