Well I did it. Iíve never done it before but I went and did it today. Iíve been told for years I should do it for so many reasons, but I like to buck the system, I need to be different. But I gave in and spent the majority of today doing it!
I actually made a goal board! I even added a calendar with little starts for achieving daily goals. How funny and childish is that! LOL. I feel silly having one but I promised myself I was going to do this in June. I need a jump start. So here it is:
Iíve also put up several motivational pictures on the mirrors in my bathroom. Hopefully this will be a kick in the butt for me. Because, see even though I can do so much more than I could before Iím still struggling to be what I want to be.
So for June Iíve set some extremely tractable goals daily goals:
60 minutes of Cardio Ė gold start on the calendar.
20 minutes of ST Ė silver star on the calendar
In calorie range Ė green star (goal is to be close to 1375, dead middle range)
10 glasses of water Ė blue star
10,000 steps Ė red star
I really need a lot of green and silver starts to make my goals work. So here we go. Welcome to June.
