1 gourmet tortilla whole wheat 96% fat free
2 to 3 tablespoons of fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tomato cut up
1/2 cup each fresh broccoli , cauliflower or what ever fresh vegetable you like
place vegetables on tortilla then sprinkle on top cheese . You can use any cheese you like but i prefer Parmesan because it is less fat & calories.
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes only.
This is so filling I made 2 the first time & I was so full for the second one.
My main meal I eat at 1:00 pm when I come home from work at lunch time & at 6:00 pm I can at different times have this for an evening meal.
