New goal weight

I hope to maintain between 112 and 116 permanently. I allowing myself to eat more. it's hard. I'm letting myself have sweets. I feel like I'm pushing myself to eat just a little more. My weight seems pretty stable. I hope I can keep it up.

    I was talking to my friend who's a Weight Watcher leader and she said I'm supposed to weigh between 117 to 146; I can picture 150 or even 146; but, 117? In "my" head I was thinking 150 to 180 as an ideal weight for me.. less seems unhealthy to me, but it's probably because I've been big all my life, or since I was six years old anyway... I would love to live differently though, to walk like you do, be able to go kayaking with my husband and my brother.. so many things I want to do. I am going to keep pushing myself [this time] because I know my time is running out and I want to do things before I'm too old. emoticon

    These are some of the things I want to do..
    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon this next one but without ropes emoticon mainly be able to hike back into the mountains.

    Do you have anymore goals? Desires to do????

    Fruits are sweets and they are better for you than cheesecake. Do they fit in your diet? I get a lot of energy from bananas and oranges. Unfortunately for me I sometimes go overboard with the bananas and gain weight.
