What sore knee?

Today I spent 120 minutes doing a Pilates workout! It is the perfect workout for babying my knee. Not only did I get an intense workout, but I also felt proud of myself for pushing myself. We often have an All or Nothing mentality. But it is definitely Best to meet in the Middle, and find away around an obstacle.
