Here are my planned workouts for week 3 of Jessica Smith's 5-Week Summer Shape up Challenge.
I am very motivated to complete the workouts. I haven't missed one. I've been active on my rest days as well. I am noticing my legs are feeling more toned and tummy, too! WEEK THREE WORKOUTS:
Monday, June 3rd: 2-in-1 Toning & Tabata (optional)
Tuesday, June 4th: Core Stretch
Wednesday, June 5th: *NEW* HIIT It Hard Cardio
Thursday, June 6th: Sole Sculpt
Friday, June 7th: Dance Party! (*please note: this workout may only be available on YouTube through computer access due to music copyright restrictions)
Saturday, June 8th: Floor Barre
Sunday, June 9th: Active Rest Day – Do some fun movement today and enjoy your energized, strong body!
I'm continuing to make recipes from the Spark Solution book. There are still recipes I haven't tried yet that I will make this week. I am enjoying meal planning and prepping. Recipes are definitely easier and faster the second or third time around.
Tomorrow, I am starting a Summer book/Bible study with the Good Morning Girls online group. We will be reading the book Anything by Jennie Allen and following a Bible reading plan as well. Really excited about that as well. Information can be found here http://www.goodmorninggirls.or
The materials are free but you have to get the book on your own. E-book, bookstore, online, or library are all options...
