Well, I am officially trying to restart. It's a new month, a fresh start. So this morning I took all new measurements and I'm going to start all over, since I'm pretty much right back where I started anyway, and going for it. I admit to wanting to question my ability to do it because I've said all this before and failed, but I guess the only real failure is if I completely throw in the towel. So here are all my new beginning stats and I shall leave this blog at that because there's really nothing else to update other than say there are 5 months left to the wedding. Time is flying on by. So anyways, here they are:

Weight: 291.4 Waist: 49 Hips: 52.5 Neck: 16 Chest: 46 Thigh: 32 Calf: 20 Forearm: 12.75 Upper Arm: 19.5 BMI: 50.1 Body Fat: 62.2%

    We've ALL been there - we start off focused on becoming healthier, and then other things in our life blow up and demand our attention. You're right that the only failure is throwing in the towel completely. YOU deserve to be healthy. I know you encouraged me to take small steps I could stick with, and you'll find success the same way!
