I'm getting there! I'm pretty proud of my week and I feel great! Strong and all, motivated. I sure need more sleep and the hot weather is nothing to help.. sadly.
I haven't logged in my calories on SP but I write pretty much everything I eat in a day down.. No excess and a good control over junky food and quantities. I ate a lot more veggies too, it's a perfect timing with summer anyway and so good for the body (hello poop! sorry ;) )
I had to change my schedule a bit to fit the opening hours for the summer at my gym but nothing too dramatic.
I kinda want to try swimming again..
I definitively need some more stretching.. Right now I'm thinking about subscribing to a yoga website where you can access lots and lots of classes and videos, I'm hesitating between Yogaglo and Ekhart Yoga and I can't seem to decide between the twos.. Any recommendations or review if you're a user? I need to think more about my posture and improve it whenever I notice it's weak.
I am trying hard at this very moment to convince myself to go to the gym for some spin bike before work but it's so hard when it's so hot (and it's not even noon) .. a cold shower is way more appealing :) ALRIGHT.. THEY HAVE AC! Bye :)
