I almost forgot to make this blog post. I need to go back and see how many of my May goals I accomplished. I may post that as well.
My goals for the month of June:
-Get out of the 300s (last weigh in was 308)
-Be drinking water on a regular basis by the end of this month
-exercise 3x a week for at least 45 minutes, no excuses (aside from light headedness/dizziness a vomiting... since heat makes me get physically sick... I hate summer..).
-Do not give in to fast food!
-Continue my journey regardless of things my family says to me (especially my mother, who I live with... since I'm only 19.)
