May goal update and June goal

My personal goal for May was to get below 200 lbs and I did it! I hit 199 on May 17 and yesterday's weigh in came in at 194.
I don't know for sure, but I believe this is the first time I've weighed less than 200 lbs since I was pregnant with my daughter 17 years ago.
Seventeen years. Basically half of my life (I'm 35). I don't really have my head around this yet.
So, what's next? When I think about a goal for June, I keep coming up with fitness things. In April my goal was nutrition focused (staying in range on sodium). May's goal was weight based. So something fitness based would be a nice way to round things out.
But specifically what the goal should be is something I've been trying to figure out. Burpees? I don't know if I'm there yet. Jumping rope? I dunno.
Also, I've been pretty stressed at work the last few weeks so I think I might need to get back to a more regular yoga practice. Whether a video, or sets of Sun Salutations or just a set of my favorite asanas.
June Goal: Yoga twice a week.
