according to Spark people I've burned 5395 calories this week in exercise. that's in addition to my BMR of 1624 a day, which equals 11368 a week, or a total of 16763 calories burned this week (my BMI is 2234 which =15638 calories, so am doing a bit better than that).
My total calories, consumed, is 13582. a difference of 3181 calories, or nearly a pound! and this was a week of indulgence!!
Then why didn't I lose a pound????
the week before the difference was even bigger.
and I didn't lose a pound then either
My goal of 215 by the end of May eludes me. Since Monday is the day for weight and measures, am giving myself until then to reach the May goal . . .
Even if my body is holding because it thinks I'm starving, eventually it will give in. Just have to have patience . . . .just a little patience . . . .
