So I have been doing the boot camp for 3 weeks (I missed last week). I am feeling better and I am not really sore after the workouts. Not only that, but I am now motivated to do the 30 minute Total Body Challenge on Coach Nicole's 28 Day Boot camp DVD at least one other day in the week. I have set a date with another coworker to start swimming after work maybe 2 days a week.
The cons: I have not been tracking my food..... :( But I have been tracking my fitness which I am proud of!
So this week, I am going to make tracking my food a priority, then I will plan days to workout so that it is more scheduled.
