But that's ok. I'm talking about the 70,000 steps per week goal that I sort of made for myself on Tuesday of this week after having a really active Sunday and Monday. I'm going to finish up around 63,000 though, and that's not too shabby! I would have made it if I had forced myself to work out on Wednesday, but I came home from work just completely pooped and went to bed by 9:00, which is not normal for me. Still, having this goal in place pushed me further than I would have normally gone. So I'm calling that a win!! And now I'm off to shower off my workout and get ready to go hang out with a good friend for wine and movies. Have a great Saturday night!!
