New month-New hopes!!!!

I look forward with great anticipation to this month!!! It's full of weddings, grad parties, and yardwork, to say nothing of organization goals on the inside of the house! My ST is doing well for me. I actually started the beginner's ST program recommended by SP. I knew my upper body strength was low, but trying to do push-ups really proved it. My core and lower body don't struggle so much, but my arms are really out of shape. So I will push on! And keep pulling those weeds and hoeing others, it's great exercise! emoticon

    Me, too... arms are not as strong as they used to be. I guess 'use it or lose it' is true.
Parties in June, yes, I had two grad parties and two pieces of cake and still lost my pound so it is doable I guess. Summer is a fun time, but oh those weeds!

I would rather do wall pushups than get on the floor yet. I found my hand weights at last since 4 years after moving. My brain may be getting out of shape as well!

Organizing sounds like a great plan also, I'll have to join you on that goal.
