May went by quickly. I feel like I've made some nice progress.
How did I do with goals?
FOR MAY 2013
Strength Training Goals: I did pretty well. Some days I had to double up on zones to accommodate a needed rest day.
Cardio Goals: I exceeded goal!
Nutrition Goals: I didn't do as well as I would have hoped but I achieved goals most days. The fiber was probably the hardest part, then the Vitamin C. I did much better with the protein than last month. With calories, I'm still tending to go under a few days here and there.
Weight Goal: I lost 4 pounds when the goal was 5.
Overall, a good month. Not perfect, but definitely progress.
I'm happy with it and looking forward to June. I'd post my June goals now but this entry is already kind of long.
