Made an interesting lunch today

2 cups of shredded romaine
1 teaspoon of chopped onion
2 hardboiled eggs
2 tablespoons of Miracle Whip (lo cal)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
6 shakes from a balsamic vingar bottle
10 snap pea green beans

I just whipped this up now and want to keep it for future reference. I mixed the egg and miracle whip together to make egg salad and mixed into the romaine. I am not sure of the calories, but I needed to improve my greens intake
