Good morning, June!! This is going to be a great month. I have some lofty goals this month, and I am going to work hard to accomplish them!
1. 300,000 steps
2. 10,000 kettlebells
3. 22 Insanity! workouts
a. 20 Low Carb, on plan days. Maybe if I take it bit by bit, I will see improvement here!!
b. No going to my work cafeteria. This is a huge downfall spot for me.
c. Only eat foods I bring to work with me. No eating foods that other people bring to work.
d. Track food every day. 1200 calories is the goal. I rarely keep down to 1200, but just having a target helps keep my intake down.
(I've stuck to b., c. and d. for the past two weeks or so and it's been VERY helpful.
