June Goals

Good morning, June!! This is going to be a great month. I have some lofty goals this month, and I am going to work hard to accomplish them!

1. 300,000 steps
2. 10,000 kettlebells
3. 22 Insanity! workouts
4. Nutrition
a. 20 Low Carb, on plan days. Maybe if I take it bit by bit, I will see improvement here!!
b. No going to my work cafeteria. This is a huge downfall spot for me.
c. Only eat foods I bring to work with me. No eating foods that other people bring to work.
d. Track food every day. 1200 calories is the goal. I rarely keep down to 1200, but just having a target helps keep my intake down.
(I've stuck to b., c. and d. for the past two weeks or so and it's been VERY helpful.

    Sounds intense - lofty indeed! And 1200 calories every day? Maybe surprising your system with a few extra calories to support all those activity goals wouldn't hurt...? But you know your body best. (Just keep it in your back pocket!) emoticon

Whoooops just realized how late I am on catching up on your blog. Sorry for the belated post! I suppose it'll be June summary time shortly! Hope you're doing well with your goals.

    Best wishes in achieving your goals!

I'm just going to go for a short walk to earn a few more exercise points for the Awesome A Team and whilst I'm out, I'll see if I can come up with some June goals for me. Difficult to get the right balance between challenging and still achievable. Getting to bed earlier is definitely going to be one of my goals though!

    Great goals! I agree with the calorie thing. If I set my range at 2000-2200 then I usually come in under 2000. If I set it at 1800, I'll overshoot and get frustrated.
