On 5/24, I had my first weekly weigh-in at WW. I only lost .2 pound. But it was a loss which is good.
Yesterday, 5/31, I had my second. I was all geared up for a weight gain. With being DH's walking support because of his fractured hip and worrying more about his comfort than my "program" I thought I had blown my "D" word. I got on the scales, ready to cringe. I was told I had lost 3.8 pounds! When I said, "Are you sure??" she said, "Come over and look at the screen. You lost 3.8 pounds.". That made me feel good. What really made my day was DH telling me that my loss was really great and he is proud of me. I am below 170 again working toward my goal of 150.
