My Goals for May 2013 were:
Calorie goal was to eat Low Carbs and Above 1200 calories each day.
*** 13 days in May I ate Low Carbs Under 50 carbs and 14 days I ate Above 1200 calories.
Goal for Callanetics and ST was to workout 3 days a week.
***I did 9 days in May.
Goal for Cardio was at least 30 minutes a day of Walking, Gardening or Farm Work.
***I did 15 days in May.
***or 1,866 minutes in May of all exercise!!!!
Goal for May was to lose 5 lbs, SW was 179.4 lbs GW 174.4 lbs. CW 173.0 =
*** 6.4 lbs Lost in May
I have learned through this process that, my body will not let go of weight without exercise, and lower carbs.
I will not do this forever!
I know in my head that a body needs to have a little above its BMR to keep from losing muscle. I am working out with weights 2 to 3 days a week to help keep the muscle I have and over time gain more muscle.

Exercise Goals are 3 days a week of ST and Callanetics.
Cardio Goal at least 60 minutes 3 days a week of Walking, Gardening, Farm Work or Ground Work with my 3 horses.
Goal for June is to Lose 5 lbs, SW is 173.0 lbs, GW 168.0
