Everyone has an excuse when it comes to why they don't exercise. My favorite is I'm to tired or I'll do it later and it never happens. What I've learned is I just have to do it anyway tired or not. Later never comes so do it now. It's as simple as that. If I want to feel great, strengthen my body, lose weight and be healthy I just have to do it...no excuses! It's all up to me and no one else. Enough said - so all of you what do you think? What are your excuses? What gets you going?
