June Goals

May was definitely a roller coaster in my life. I am aiming to have a much calmer June.

My goals for June:

Get in at least 7500 steps per day
Exercise at least 30 minutes 5/7 days
Remember that "no" is a word and continue to use it
Allow alcohol no more than 2 evenings per week
Don't dwell on the things I can not change

I am looking forward to spending more time with JC. My back and neck are so much better since the 2nd epidural. I'm virtually pain free. Now, if he can stay sound and I can stay sound, we will be accomplishing something.

I want to get Summer to the park at least 4 days a week and give her her play time and my walk time. Avoiding the mud puddles would be good.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the path I am on. My biggest goal is to keep up my motivation and not get lazy with excuses.

I am strong and I can do this! emoticon

    Outstanding blog! You can and will do this. Also, I have learned taht the more you do it the more you will refuse not to do it. Additionally you will feel really good about yourself and your routine. Aspen taught me to spend time on what is most important and to show my love through actions. This is part of why I walk my pups most days. They are a top priority to me and I am a top prioprity as well. You got this.

    Those sound like great goals! I'm sure you can avoid the mud puddles, but then again giving her a bath at home can count towards exercise minutes too.

Avoid those mud puddles, but beware of the 'rolling' in it times as well... think I would have preferred mud to what Chrissy came in from the yard smelling a bit like today ;)

Time to go on clean up duty again!
