May was definitely a roller coaster in my life. I am aiming to have a much calmer June.
My goals for June:
Get in at least 7500 steps per day
Exercise at least 30 minutes 5/7 days
Remember that "no" is a word and continue to use it
Allow alcohol no more than 2 evenings per week
Don't dwell on the things I can not change
I am looking forward to spending more time with JC. My back and neck are so much better since the 2nd epidural. I'm virtually pain free. Now, if he can stay sound and I can stay sound, we will be accomplishing something.
I want to get Summer to the park at least 4 days a week and give her her play time and my walk time. Avoiding the mud puddles would be good.
Overall, I am pretty happy with the path I am on. My biggest goal is to keep up my motivation and not get lazy with excuses.
I am strong and I can do this!
