    Looks like the run went well....
I am glad you are working with your doctor on that blood pressure and light headedness issue.

14:29 looks like a pretty good average pace for a long run.
When I use a 10 beat swing for HR runs... by the end of the run I am walking at least a minute or more as it takes that long for my HR to reach that bottom number. I've experimented with a smaller range, but then it takes less time for my HR to reach to top number.

    Blood pressure went up when pulse went down? That looks odd. Still, not having the light headedness is a good sign.
