Run went okay. Run portions were okay, got tired of walking.
Almost no light-headedness. No talking after.
Blood Pressure after: 83/52 Pulse 85 an hour later at home 113/63 Pulse 61

    I am glad you are working with your doctor on that blood pressure and light headedness issue.

    14:29 looks like a pretty good average pace for a long run.
    When I use a 10 beat swing for HR runs... by the end of the run I am walking at least a minute or more as it takes that long for my HR to reach that bottom number. I've experimented with a smaller range, but then it takes less time for my HR to reach to top number.
