In may I lost 9 pounds!
My goals for June:
lose 12 pounds.
Keep pushing my 10 cups a day of water
Continue to use spark videos to keep the motivation going to move my body 30 - 60 mins day is my goal
Continue to eat healthy and track it in spark -
Weigh myself every Friday for Awesome A team goals!
Track, track and track some more!
Post in forums, write my daily blog, and encourage Sparkfriends and team members
Spark daily off line as well on and Keep on going!
My fifth year annivesary is in a few weeks !
While I have had many set-backs to losing weight - when I first joined spark my goal was HEALTH then focus on the weight. I have gained so much health - if you have not read my intro on my page - it says this:
Four years on Spark fighting through major and minor health issues along way - may have detoured me on my journey to health but it has never waylaid me to leave spark. I continue to Spark on through it all - learning new ways to gain health. I have left 6 specialists in the medical field - woohoo! and I have gained so much health!
I have had twelve surgeries/procedures - eight within the last 9 years.
I dont make resolutions. I make commitments to myself, knowing that along the pathway to health, I will take many detours on this journey.
I do have goals I strive to meet.
I have learned that I have to be willing to give and to take, push and to shove, fighting my way - full blast head first through conflict, defeat, and sometimes even despair. But, always on my way I go.
I know that my God, well He is limitless. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. I shall overcome and I shall not give in.
One health issue after another, does not get me down, it builds me up.
