Ways I'm feeling healthier

I noticed I'm craving fast food a lot less. As a matter of fact. In the past week I haven't had any except a planned breakfast that was only 250 calories. I am not dreading exercise anymore. I can't say that I actually look forward to it yet, but I'm not hating it. After a month I've noticed that I'm not quite as focused on food as I was.
