May was a very hectic month for me, and to top it all off I went to Brown's last night for dinner (if anyone is from or frequents the New England area, you know how delicious the seafood is there, yum!) but I tried not to go too crazy.
That being said, I am VERY excited and hopeful for the month of June! I lost two pounds at weigh-in yesterday which I'm hoping will set the mood for the month. I realized for the month of May I only lost about 3 pounds in 31 days, which is nowhere near my expectations.
This month will be better! Back to the gym EVERY day, whether it be for 20 minutes or 2 hours, just to get back in the routine of physically being there. I also want to start my strength training exercises, to tone up a little bit for the summer. And staying on track and eating healthy and drinking lots of water! I know that I can do it!
Also sign up for a 5k this month! I've run one once before but had to stop a couple times to walk in between. Would really like to be able to run one the whole way through!
