In the beautiful month of June now and I have big plans for this month!
I would really like to see my weight come down to 66kg (145 pounds) by the end of June. This means I will have to lose 5kg (11 pounds) this month - so definitely no slacking off!
My other big goal for June is that I am going to, gulp, start running!
Running is something that I have never enjoyed or succeeded at but lately I have found myself wanting to break into a run sometimes on the treadmill. I have also seen how much so many people seem to enjoy it and I know that I can do it if I put my mind and my heart into it. So I have bought myself a good pair of running shoes and I am just going to go for it! I think I will start with just short bursts of running in each work out and then build up from there (so I don't scare myself off!
). If anyone has any advice for me about beginning to run I would really, really appreciate it!
