June Goals

Something I used to do all of the time and stopped doing was to set monthly goals so that I had something to focus on other that the scale.

Complete 500 minutes of exercise (i haven't done this since July 2011 according to my spark awards) emoticon

Get the next spark trophy (currently 570 points away) emoticon

Try to cook 4 new receipes with under 500 calories emoticon

Take 3 mins of my 5k run time (currently 46 minutes) emoticon

Loose an inch of belly fat (I need to find the tape measure for this one !) emoticon

    Your goals sound great - something to focus on besides the scale is perfect. I love trying new recipes. I bet you can find a ton on Pinterest if you search "low calorie meals". I would encourage taking your measurements regulary - it really shows there and is very inspiring! Keep up the great work!
