Something I used to do all of the time and stopped doing was to set monthly goals so that I had something to focus on other that the scale.
Complete 500 minutes of exercise (i haven't done this since July 2011 according to my spark awards)
Get the next spark trophy (currently 570 points away)
Try to cook 4 new receipes with under 500 calories
Take 3 mins of my 5k run time (currently 46 minutes)
Loose an inch of belly fat (I need to find the tape measure for this one !)
