Week 2 see's the start of a loosing streak, consistency is always something I have struggled with but hopefully I have a few more weeks before the dreaded plateau sets in. Actually i already have a plan this time round -should I get stuck with a plateau I will change up from 5:2 to 4:3. Here is hoping it doesn't strike too soon!
Another interesting thing i noticed - all of my weigh loss occurred last weekend (i know I know I need to get the scale obsession down to once a week I have stayed away since sunday though) but if i look at today verses, sunday my body fat percentage has dropped even though my weight hasn't moved in that time - so it look as though the boot camp is doing its job and helping to build a bit of muscle.
I think this story makes sense as i definitely feel stronger, i can do proper pushups even if its only a hand full. Tomorrow I will try the 5k run again and see if i can get the time to improve a little
