Well, I promised myself I'd blog today so here I am.
About not eating after supper. I don't think this is something I would be able to do so I guess the next best thing would be to plan a couple of healthy snacks and fit them into my calorie count for the day.
So instead of driving myself crazy with starvation and denial, I think I will just try for the above solution.
Studies show that it doesn't matter when you eat the food, it's the total calorie count that matters.
What is your favorite healthy snack?
