started by doing 25 squats today, joined a weight loss challenge group on Facebook today and it's walking most days 30 min and getting in at least 25 squats a day working up to 100 if possible last day of June.
its really upsetting me that I'm getting a belly again so I am going to be proactive about it this time I am so excited I know that I am meant to be thin and I need to be a good influence on my children especially when one of them is struggling with borderline high cholesterol. And the other has a sternum that sticks out instead of being in like everyone else and has an umbilical herniation that hasn't gone away and will hopefully resolve itself by the time she is 5 or else she needs surgery, in fact we have stopped buying bacon and switched to 2% milk. Hopefully in a year my husband who is over 300lbs will be thinner too maybe 225lbs and we will be a healthy family. I love my family and God and I need to continue making the healthy choices so my family will fall in line instead of waiting for someone else. TIme for me and if I EVER GET ON A BIKE AGAIN I WILL WEAR A HELMET. Head injuries suck. A Lot
