ready to lose these last 30 lbs

started by doing 25 squats today, joined a weight loss challenge group on Facebook today and it's walking most days 30 min and getting in at least 25 squats a day working up to 100 if possible last day of June.
its really upsetting me that I'm getting a belly again so I am going to be proactive about it this time I am so excited I know that I am meant to be thin and I need to be a good influence on my children especially when one of them is struggling with borderline high cholesterol. And the other has a sternum that sticks out instead of being in like everyone else and has an umbilical herniation that hasn't gone away and will hopefully resolve itself by the time she is 5 or else she needs surgery, in fact we have stopped buying bacon and switched to 2% milk. Hopefully in a year my husband who is over 300lbs will be thinner too maybe 225lbs and we will be a healthy family. I love my family and God and I need to continue making the healthy choices so my family will fall in line instead of waiting for someone else. TIme for me and if I EVER GET ON A BIKE AGAIN I WILL WEAR A HELMET. Head injuries suck. A Lot

    So sorry to here about your children. I will pray for them. You can do this thing. Do it in baby steps so you won't burn out. Gradually, ease in healthier meal for the whole family. Let them help prepare easy things and make the meal fun. Dress up the table and make it a special thing when you go all the way to healthy cooking. Good luck to you!
