I was sore last night, and stiff this morning, but felt better as the day went on. I had my apt at the health center with the personal trainer - he went over some beginning exercises to strengthen my core using the exercise ball. It was a good session and then I walked/jogged afterwards. I'm trying not to push too fast but I think the soreness I'm feeling is just normal restarting to exercise type of feelings, so not anything too painful or dangerous. I think I've been so afraid of hurting myself again I've been holding back too much.
Last night was pizza night, so I overate. I expected it, so didn't beat myself up, just being sure to keep on track today. I'm trying to pain attention to my body to know what is real hunger and what is my bored/stressed "hunger". I was still hungry after my snack this morning but went for a walk instead and felt better. Fridays are slow for me, so I figured it wasn't true hunger. Having wasabi almonds now - my friend's 6-year old got me hooked on them
