this is me about a month ago, still not comfortable with a full body shot lol ... but I will say that I feel so much better already having lost 35lbs, I can't wait to reach a 60lb loss or even more, but for now - ONE DAY AT A TIME!
I am using a combination of Phentermine (37.5 in the AM then half 18.75 around 4PM), diet & exercise to achieve my goals. I have done this before back in 2006 and lost 60lbs but then after having my Gallbladder removed I slowly crept back into my bad habits and since then have been up and down on the scale and recently topping out at my highest weight ever 262.50 - THAT WAS IT for me! I had had enough of the not leaving the house because I was ashamed and uncomfortable in my body - or spending hours tearing my closet apart looking for clothes just to wear to the grocery store to buy food and get fatter - hmmmm I get angry thinking about it! But those days are over and I am on my way to a healthier and new me!
At this moment I am still motivated and continue to make sure that everyone in my life is aware that I am making this lifestyle change! It helps me to stay on track knowing that my family and friends could possibly ask me how its going, and well my insecure self would be very embarrassed to have to admit a failure - so with that being said my plan is to CHANGE MY LIFE FOREVER!
