Practicing Gratitude

Trying out the suggestions from today's featured article. The idea is to start and end each day on a positive note. So, here we go:

- 1 thing I'm proud of accomplishing yesterday: I incorporated 7 fruits and vegetables into my diet!
- 1 thing I love about myself: I don't let obstacles derail me from pursuing my goals. I boldly keep getting back up and forging ahead into unknown territory.

Things I'm grateful for today:
- my husband (every day!)
- sunshine
- my cats
- my home
- my job
- my health
- my sisters
- my best friend
