I am 30% done, and have decreased my race time by almost 2 minutes. My last race, I RAN the whole thing (slow jog really, but I didn't stop the whole time), so I was pretty stoked about that. No way I thought I would be able to without walking at least once, but now I know I can, and I am focused on decreasing my time each race (even if it's only a bit).
Race #4 is Sunday!
