I need to make some health / weight loss / exercise related goals! I’m never going to make any progress w/out some goals!
To help with my June goals, my employer will be starting a new contest next Monday, related to exercise minutes . . . I jumped right in & signed up.
I am going to become sugar-free in June . . . when I say sugar free I mean stop eating the cakes, cookies, pies, etc. that I have been consuming way too much of lately. It’s time to stop that, it’s not good for me & I eat entirely too much of it.
I will start taking all my medicine and supplements daily. I have bought the pills boxes, three of them, one for morning, noon and night. Now I just need to fill them up & use them!!!
It’s time to pull out all those exercise DVD’s & knock the dust off of them. I’m not going to win that challenge without doing some type of exercise. I have . . . Ok, I’m not sure how many of them I have. It’s time to pull them out & put them to use. Maybe even get in some saddle time . . . a long horseback ride sounds awesome right now!!
