So I am going to juice for 4 days again. This time I am having a green smoothie for breakfast and juicing for lunch and supper. Drinking lots of water, I know not to get dehydrated. I will still go to Kempo as planed. Even walking when it's not raining, today I plan on going to the gym if my socks and shoes will dry, it's raining here and I went through a massive puddle to get to class. Hopefully I will drop at least 5 lbs this time, really hoping for more, but 5 will do. My goal is in 6 more lbs, then I will make my goal another 10 lbs. I am doing my goal at 10 lbs lost. I may go for 30 lbs this next time, I haven't decided yet. If I can get back into exercising regularly, plus the dojo, I think losing weight won't be a problem, plus eating right.
