Good things come at their own pace. Using a mini goal seems to be tempering the urge to push harder, and be less healthy. I am focused on my return to onederland and that is good enough for now.

    I do a daily goal...take it one day at a time...reward myself for making the daily goal and know that each day adds up! Good job and keep it up!
