Okay - so you still snack at night and probably go over your daily calorie count by doing so, but look how far you have come!! You go to Curves three times a week without fail and sure you don't always walk four times a week but you do get in at least two a week. You help set up church every Sunday morning instead of sleeping in. Those cases are heavy and you certainly get your exercise moving them around! You fit in clothes that have been waiting for you for a very l -o-n-g time!!!!!!! That should make you feel very proud of yourself. Pat ourself on the back! You deserve it!
