I am out of the 180s!!!!!
I was nervous for my weigh in this morning. I know my numbers have been good all week. I have been getting in all my scheduled exercise, and have been within my calorie ranges... but I was nervous.
With the heat & humidity since yesterday, I woke up a little sweaty... and even though I have been getting in all my water, and keeping within my ranges for sodium, I still felt a little bloated.
Feeling bloated on the morning of my weigh-in is not a good feeling.
I was certain I would not lose.
Last week I was at 180.2
I just wanted to be out of the 180s.
This time for good!!!
Not like all those other times where I got all nervous and self-sabotaged my way right back up into the 180s...
So, needless to say, I was not hopeful.
When I got on the scale and looked down I had to do a double take.
Not only was I out of the 180s, but I had achieved my goal of a pound a week!!!! The fact is, I should even be OK with 1/2 a pound a week, as long as it's in the right direction.
So... today I am feeling good.
I plan on another great weekend.
