working towards my exercise goal 1800 mins for month & Woggle 8 miles per week also have June - 30 day crunch challenge with my best friend can't wait to start.
I know I can do this!!
May I greet my body with gentleness
May I soften when life invitesme to harden
May I listen to my intuition with wisdom and trust with ease
May I appreciate my body a little more in this moment just as it is
May I show myself the love it deserves
May I greet each day with happiness.
