Breakfast: oatmeal w/ flax seed and chia seed (20g)
Snack: kiwi (3g) and nature valley dark chocolate/peanut butter granola
Lunch: Luna bar (4g) and 1 slice Jennie-O turkey
Snack: kiwi (3g), raspberries (9g) and lightly salted almonds
Dinner: 6in veggie on wheat w/ lettuce, tomato, green pepper, baby spinach and cucumber w/ light sweet onion sauce (5g)
Dessert: 100 calorie popcorn and 4 double chocolate cookies :/

Due to rain, I was unable to take the babies for a walk again today but I did spend quite some time chasing them around the After work I went home to change and then went to watch my dad and brother play a game of softball before I went to Zumba. It was 73F in the room we did our Zumba in tonight so we all got in a real good sweat! After Zumba I came home and did Day 19 and now it's time for bed! I may not get to do 30DS tomorrow, it all depends on time and I will not be doing it on Saturday since I will be at Relay for Life all day/night.
