Couch to 5k

I started running this week. I ran two days because Monday was a holiday and so I ran on Tuesday and Thursday. I will start a Monday, Wednesday and Friday Schedule next week.
Some things I learned this week are. Dont run outside when it is really hot and don't run after you have eaten a big dinner.
In a couple months I will be ready to run a 5k and I will win my age group. Maybe I will even come in before some of the younger age groups. I must dream big.
