Couch to 5k

I started running this week. I ran two days because Monday was a holiday and so I ran on Tuesday and Thursday. I will start a Monday, Wednesday and Friday Schedule next week.

Some things I learned this week are. Dont run outside when it is really hot and don't run after you have eaten a big dinner.

In a couple months I will be ready to run a 5k and I will win my age group. Maybe I will even come in before some of the younger age groups. I must dream big.

    Way to go.. I have my first 5K scheduled for June 8, but I'm just hoping to run the whole thing without having to stop and walk. I have never been a runner, so it's been tough for me to get started with it. My knees have been giving me a lot of trouble, which is concerning because I am still quite young.
