...begins tomorrow as I begin therapy. Dealing with grief and loss has taken its toll on my well being. I am generally healthy, but I need to cut back on what I use to calm myself down when I *try* to rest. Alcohol. It's the only thing that's worked to help me turn off my constantly running brain. It's not a good choice and my hubs and I are sick of it being my "go to" "solution". It's more of a problem than it's worth.
So, here's hoping being honest and sharing with both this blog and my new therapist will keep me on track to wellness!
