Yep I said it! My thighs!!!!!!!! Are HUGE! I like muscly quad huge but my legs are outta control! Now I love what a squat does to my rear! woooooohoooo! But all these squats and deadlifts have given me some major girth!!!
I was a way for a few days and ate OK. Why is it you wanna eat sausage and white bagels with cream cheese at the "free" breaky?!
My hotel had free passes to golds gym! But I forgot my running shoes!!!!!!!!!
I didnt let it get me down! Deck shoes! Oh Ralph saved me!
I noticed how I immediately bloated when I started eating dairy and wheat again!
I had to dress nice for a graduation and found all my skirts are tight right across my thighs! This has never happened before! I was really upset to dress like this when everyone else was wearing cute sun dresses!!!
I only worked out once while I was gone and hit my gym with vigor today! My thighs are noticeably larger and I know what to do to change them

I guess I am just annoyed that another part is growing w/o shedding the fat! I still obsess on my gut! I just dont wanna have another part to think about!'
