First and foremost, I need to Modify my workouts, especially since I have a bad knee sprain. Even though I get paid to workout, it doesn't mean I should ignore my well being. Sometimes I over look that aspect of my job. Never feel bad about working within your range. Do the best you can with what your working with.

    I deel you since I have a sprained knee, too. I enjoy modifications - I learn new things about this wonderful machine called my body.
